At TicksOut, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

The item must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
